Handlung:
Events close in on Rosa Roth from one day to the other. Michael Katzmann, a criminal genius, is freed from prison in front of the eyes of the BKA and the BND (important German police institutions). He's supposed to plan a giant crime for Willem van Kleve, a weapon producer and international criminal. The BND-agent Adrienne Krayen starts to investigate Rosa, because she's suspected to have helped the escape of Michael Katzmann. After all it was her he wanted to talk to right before his escape. Rosa is completely left alone in a professional and private abyss. She's suspected of corruption after a big sum of money appears on her account. Karin von Lomanski, a colleague and friend, is kidnapped, Jürgen Röder, another colleague and friend, is being blackmailed and menaced, and Kubik, a colleague who feels deserted by Rosa starts to feel over strained and mistrusts her. Zorn, her boss, suspends her because of the pressure the BND puts on him. She can only hold on to her romance with Peter ...
